Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! 

If there’s a problem with your item, such as:

  • Damaged
  • Wrong item or print
  • Printing issues
  • Manufacturing issues

Please contact us within 15 days and we’ll fix it. No need to send it back. 

Instructions:

  • Please place item(s) on a flat surface and take photos that clearly show the issue. If the print placement appears incorrect, please include a measuring tool in the photo for reference. You may submit up to 5 photos or 1 video to help us review your concern accurately.
  • Email us at welcome@graceplusgloryboutique.com and include your name and order number.

Ordered the wrong size or color? While we can’t offer a full refund, we’re happy to provide a one-time discount on a replacement. For more questions, reach out anytime. We’re here to help. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your email, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
